CAMP COUNTDOWN: DROP-OFF MAPS, PICK-UP RULES & CAMP DAY!

We are officially 12 days away! With the school year wrapping up next week or others already done, it’s almost time for summer!

Save the Date: Camp Day! Join us Saturday, June 27th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Meet our team and enjoy some camp activities. Bring bathing suits and towels, the inflatable slip 'n slide will be open!

Drop-Off (8:30 AM – 9:00 AM)

• Arrival: Enter the southern exit on New Hampshire Ave, left if facing the main building from the road (see map).

• Two Ways to Drop Off: 

  • Curbside: Form a line, pull up to the greeting area, and we’ll check your camper in right at the car.

  • Park & Walk: Park in a designated spot and walk your camper to the greeting area.

• Early Birds: If registered for AM Extended Care, drop off as early as 7:30 AM.

• Running Late? No problem! Just text 301-852-0909 so we know when to expect you.

Pick-Up (4:00 PM – 4:30 PM) 

• The Process: Same traffic pattern as drop-off. You can choose Curbside or Park & Walk.

• ID Check: We check IDs to ensure the person picking up is authorized to do so. Please ensure anyone picking up is on your Authorized List in the camper portal by Wednesday the week prior to yours.

• Late Pick Up: If registered for PM Extended Care, pick up as late as 6:00 PM.

• Pick Up Hotline: In a rush? Text 301-852-0909 at least 10 minutes before you arrive, and we’ll have your camper ready to go!

• Late Policy: To respect our staff’s time, a late fee of $1 per minute applies after 4:30 PM (or 6:00 PM for extended care). 

• Early Pick Up: If you need to grab your camper early, please notify us the day before or that morning via text or email.

Friday Finale

• Closing Show: Join us every Friday at 4:00 PM! Watch awards, team chants, and the crowning of the Camp Cup. Please check out with a staff member before leaving.

Daily Intel: "How was your day?" Tired of the "I forgot" shrug? Every day, I’ll email you a summary of our day. Instead of "How was camp?", try these:

• "I saw you did [Activity] today. Tell me about it!"

• "What is something you’re proud of accomplishing today?"
