SUMMER CAMP

ACTIVITIES & SCHEDULES

Our camp activities are designed around our four camper goals: building a community, creating memories, trying new things, and having fun! Through hands-on experiences, campers gain confidence, develop character, and feel like an important part of our camp family.

Our staff is passionate about engaging with campers and having fun alongside them in our ever-evolving activities.

Morning Activity Periods

Our morning activity periods are based around three types of activities: Locomotion, Creative Arts, and Outdoor Adventure. Our Little Campers will have each of these activities every day. Junior and Senior Campers will choose their activities during the Activity Fair on Monday. These activities will be the same Monday through Friday, giving a full week to delve deeper for a more meaningful experience that we build upon throughout the week.

Team Time

During Team Time, our Camp Cup teams come alive as campers create their team name, chants, posters, skits, and more. Teams are assigned on Monday at drop-off and include a mix of Junior and Senior Campers. Groupmate requests can be made during registration, and while we do our best to honor all requests, we cannot guarantee every match. Requests must be submitted by Tuesday of the week prior to camp.

Recreation & Relaxation (R&R)

During R&R, campers can choose from a variety of optional activities such as water play (like our inflatable water slide), sports, archery, friendship bracelet making, and more, or simply enjoy activities like reading, chatting with friends, or playing games. It’s our day camp version of recess, giving campers the independence to create the perfect balance of fun, relaxation, and social time.

All Camp Activities & Special Events

Our All Camp Activity periods run Monday through Thursday, with Special Events taking place on Fridays. These activities bring everyone together in the spirit of camp and offer fun opportunities to earn Camp Cup points. Based on our Themed Week Calendar, campers may enjoy favorites like Duck Days Duck Hunt, Legacy Games Free the Flag, FUN-Tier Week Rodeo Run, and more. These shared experiences are sure to bring that unique Camp Rippling Brook magic to every week!

Morning Show

Each day kicks off with our high-energy Morning Show, where campers and staff come together for songs, announcements, camp challenges, and a dose of camp spirit! It’s the perfect way to start the day—with laughter, connection, and a whole lot of fun! Don't forget about Dance Party Fridays!

Closing Show

All week, teams compete for the ultimate prize—the Camp Cup! Our Little Campers join in the fun with their very own Mini Camp Cup. Families are invited to the Closing Show, where teams showcase their chants, posters, and skits. We’ll also recognize campers who earned awards throughout the week, and you may enjoy special performances from campers in activities like drama or dance. It’s a joyful celebration of teamwork, creativity, and everything that makes Camp Rippling Brook so special!

Recharge - Story & Rest Time (Little Campers Only)

Our camp days are full of activity, and we make sure our Little Campers have time to recharge each day. During Recharge, all Little Campers relax on cots and enjoy story time. Campers are asked to be respectful and quiet for those resting or listening to the story. Please send your child with their own rest items (blanket and sheet or nap roll, pillow, and a stuffed animal) which will be sent home each week.

AM & PM Care - Extended Hours

To accommodate families that need to drop off earlier or pick up later, we offer our AM & PM Care options.  During this time, we will have an extension of our camp day with fun activities! Drop in care is available too for families that only need extended hours once in a while. â€‹
