Memorial Day has come and gone, which means we are officially in the summer season! We’re only 26 days away from our first day of camp.

Today, I’d like to share how our week will look. Upon arrival on Monday, campers are divided into groups, these are our Camp Cup teams for the week.

Note: If you have a groupmate request that wasn’t on your application, please email us by Tuesday of the week prior to your camp session.

Morning Activity Periods:

Junior and Senior Campers choose their own adventure! On Monday morning, they’ll attend an Activity Fair to pick activities from our three core areas. They will stay with these choices all week to dive deep and build skills. Below are some example activities that may be available.

  • Locomotion: Ultimate Sports, Soccer, Dance, Action Sports

  • Outdoor Adventure: Nature Explorers, Campfire Cooking, Target Sports, Science

  • Creative Arts: Theater Games, Creative Writing, Drama, Engineer Explorers

Little Campers (Ages 4-5) do not choose; they get to experience a rotation of all three areas every single day!

Central Activities: These activities bring the whole camp together:

  • Morning Show: High-energy songs, challenges, and spirit to kick off the day.

  • Team Time: Camp Cup teams work on chants, posters, skits and more.

  • R&R (“Camp Recess”): Camper choice! Options include the inflatable water slide, archery, friendship bracelets, games, just hanging with friends and more!

  • All-Camp Activity: Themed events like the Duck Hunt, Camp Cup Carnivals, or the Bramble Quest.

  • Recharge: A dedicated quiet time for Little Campers with story time on cots. Please send a small blanket/pillow (to be sent home weekly). Cot sheets can be provided.

Friday Finale: Fridays are special! We host our Closing Show at 4:00 PM and families are encouraged to attend. We’ll have performances, awards, and the crowning of the weekly Camp Cup (or Mini Camp Cup for our Little Campers).

Food & Fuel

  • Daily Food: Please pack a lunch plus two snacks (packed separately from the lunchbox).

  • Storage: We provide refrigeration, but we cannot heat food.

  • Allergies: We are an allergy-aware camp and do not limit what items can be brought.

  • Pizza Fri-Yay: Every Friday, we serve Domino’s! Slices are $2 each. Look for the order form in your camper's bag on Thursday.

Recap & Upcoming Weekly Updates:
